    • Manage vendor partners providing support and development resources to the business systems and associated projects.
    • Monitor performance of the Inogen corporate IT business systems to ensure required service levels are met to meet the needs of the business.
    • Employ advanced analytics techniques using platforms like Snowflake and Celonis to drive data-centric decision-making, forecasting trends, and strategic planning.
    • Design and maintain robust data solutions, leveraging Snowflake for cloud data storage and analytics, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility align with business intelligence goals.
    • Evaluate and implement data management practices to optimize storage, processing, and retrieval processes within the enterprise IT framework.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management plan for IT systems, addressing potential impacts on business continuity.
    • Champion the use of advanced simulation models to test and improve business continuity plans in the face of various risk scenarios.
    • Lead projects to enhance or implement new IT business system capabilities.
    • Support business initiatives requiring use of the IT business systems and/or implementation of new capabilities and technologies.
    • Prepare annual forecast and budget for enterprise business system purchases, implementation and support.
    • Evaluate and select new Salesforce tools, technologies, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and security requirements.
    • Define Salesforce-related policies, procedures, and strategies
    • Lead the Architecture of secure, user-centric customer and patient portals, with a strong focus on implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure data privacy and security.
    • Manage all the Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, FiveTran, PowerBI, Tableau)
    • Manage all the integration platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
