Position Type ManagementROLE SUMMARYThe core role of the Talent Acquisition Lead – Strategic Enablement is to develop and execute the EMEA Talent Acquisition channel strategy alongside enabling our HR On-Property Leaders. Successful strategic execution will enable Marriott to reach, engage and attract future talent, creating a strong pipeline of qualified talent that will future proof the success of our EMEA business goals.You will collaborate closely with internal talent acquisition team members, business stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters, alongside external vendors, agencies and partners to ensure we have the best channels in place to take our content to market and reach key audiences across Europe Middle East and Africa.In this role you will work closely with our EMEA TA Leadership team, HR, D&I, Technology & Analytics and Finance Teams regionally as well as teammates across the Global Talent Acquisition/HR Leadership team.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training material and toolkits to help scale recruitment marketing best practices across the region in all our hotels to maximize our brand presence and secure maximum engagement and reach of future talent
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition/HR teams to validate hiring demand, location /demographic insights, and profile of hire, defining regional talent attract needs.
  • Develop and execute the recruitment marketing strategy to attract talent across multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms and strategic partners including digital events.
  • Develop and analyse metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies and adjust plans and tactics accordingly.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our recruitment marketing strategy is innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate with Talent Attraction Manager – Content & Brand to source content for channels and career pages to ensure the channels and sites are engaging the right talent at the right time.
  • Co-create Campaigns through Multi Channel Marketing to extend the reach of our brand and seed key messages with segments aligned to the hiring plan.
  • Manage relationships, performance, and budgets with external partners such as job boards and tech partners to ensure high-quality performance and timely delivery of services.
  • Create and manage recruitment marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive efficiencies.
  • Support the team in executing a Talent Enablement Plan those nurtures skills required to uplevel the TA/HR teams in the areas of TA process change, enhancements, and insights, facilitating career growth and increasing customer/candidate experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications / human resources or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, recruitment marketing or employer branding, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with large, global organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and job board technologies.
  • High level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
