For individuals who can take the initiative but work well within a team.The roleA Talent Acquisition Administrator’s day is packed with responsibilities, ensuring the recruitment process runs like clockwork:The administrator acts as the central coordinator for interviews, meticulously scheduling video calls on Microsoft Teams and booking meeting rooms for in-person interviews. They manage calendars, ensure availability, and handle all logistical details, allowing hiring managers and candidates to focus on the interview itself.Keeping a keen eye on candidate progress, the administrator diligently tracks interview and offer outcomes, recording reasons for declines. This valuable data provides insights into candidate preferences and market trends, helping the team refine recruitment strategies.The administrator ensures transparent communication throughout the process. They send timely rejection emails to candidates, providing clear and empathetic explanations. They also proactively inform everyone about new internal vacancies, fostering a culture of internal mobility.Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations is paramount. The administrator diligently collects and stores interview notes, ensuring they are securely archived and readily accessible for future reference.The administrator plays a vital role in the onboarding process, preparing employment contracts and offers, and meticulously handling pre-employment checks like reference verifications, right to work checks, and medical screenings. The administrator provides valuable administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Leads assisting with projects and tackling tasks that ensure the team functions smoothly.Who we’re looking for:Strong communicators and advocates for service are invaluable assets in any talent acquisition team.
