This person will provide the highest quality service for our Property & Asset Management business line with a focus on pipelining and delivery of positions across the UK & Ireland.The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with a track record of agency or in house recruitment who can work with the business to deliver great talent throughout the recruitment lifecycle. They will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Talent Acquisition techniques and have a desire to build strong internal relationships and create suitable talent networks. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of hiring talent in to a range of positions, preferably but not exclusively in the facilities management sector.Property & Asset Management is a candidate lead market which demands a strategic approach to identify and attract top-tier candidates who may not be actively open to new opportunities. We are seeking an individual with exceptional “out of the box” thinking abilities to proactively source and engage high-calibre individuals.The role includes:Collaboration with the HR Community and the business leaders to clarify job specifications and recruitment needs to fill current and future openingsWork closely with Managers to advise them on the recruitment process and manage their expectations throughout the processIn partnership with department heads and hiring managers create compelling employee attraction stories and routes to marketIdentify, attract and manage relevant candidates based on open positions and JLL’s future talent needs, working closely with the TA Researchers on the talent pools for the future ensuring that there is always a pipeline of skills and experienceAnticipate future recruitment needs, proactively finding and developing talent pools through advertising, direct approach to candidates, your network of colleges and universities, diversity associations, social media contacts, and employee referralsManage the whole candidate’s hiring process, from screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, and offeringEnsure candidate data is accurately recorded into Workday (ATS)Provide accurate and proactive reporting and insights to the businessAs a JLL ambassador, you will always provide a high-quality candidate experienceEnsure compliance with current and future legislation around Diversity & Inclusion, data protection and security.Sound like you?
