  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process by the identifying, engaging, screening, coaching, and the hiring of top diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with each leader to create a hiring strategy.
  • Confidently and effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Effectively maintain, develop, and facilitate positive relationships with hiring leaders.
  • Successfully develop strong relationships across your business lines with hiring managers and understand their vision.

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to partner with stakeholders and effectively build strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively source candidates through various platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluid and adaptive mindset
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment role, supporting multiple locations, preferably.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or other relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial real estate space, recruiting property management professionals would be considered an asset.
