The role in a nutshell: This Team Leader role oversees a team of assessors/interviewers within a high-volume hiring function. The mission is to drive improvements in recruitment processes, ensuring the consistent application of assessment tools and high-quality, metric-driven team performance. This hands-on role requires identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining the candidate journey, and providing day-to-day leadership and support.You’ll report to: Resourcing ManagerLocation: Within a commutable distance of Nottingham as 2/3 days in office a week.Salary Range: £38,000-£42,000Role Type: Full-Time, PermanentStart date: FlexibleAbout the companyOur client is a leader in providing essential aftercare for home appliances and prides itself on keeping millions of customers’ worlds running smoothly every day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated or customer-focused environments, particularly contact centres, and understands the importance of an agent’s early career phase.In this role, you’ll be the go-to for process quality and consistency, making regular audits part of the routine to ensure accuracy and fairness. You’ll also lead with a metrics-driven approach, analysing team performance, driving improvement in the hiring funnel, and implementing data-backed recommendations for both tools and processes.What you’ll be doing
