Job Description:Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOur Human Resources department is looking for an apprentice Recruitment Officer for the VIE Program & School Relations for its headquarters based in Nanterre (92).Join our ultra-dynamic team made up of interns and recent graduates to boost our international presence by recruiting the best talents and deploying our employer brand through content creation in collaboration with our communication team.FORVIA is a leader in the automotive industry at the heart of smarter and more sustainable mobility.The main missions will be:1. VIE Program Recruitment:The V.I.E allows young graduates aged 18 to 28 to undertake a professional mission abroad. As a true interface between Faurecia’s international subsidiaries, the VIEs, and Business France (the French government agency in charge of VIEs), you play a key role in managing this program, representing more than 400 VIEs across the group (Top 3 VIE recruiters).
- Identify VIE needs in collaboration with international operations.
- Manage the pre-selection of candidates (engineering, finance, HR, purchasing, logistics profiles, etc.).
- Conduct recruitment interviews independently.
- Ensure candidate follow-up from departure to the end of the mission.
- Coordinate the return management of the VIE and their hiring within the Group.
2. Employer Brand & School Relations:
- Implement communication actions to promote the company externally: content creation for social networks (LinkedIn, Jobteaser, Glassdoor, etc.), animation and deployment of our TikTok page, etc.
- Develop various communication materials.
- Propose improvement areas to optimize the system.
- Organize recruitment events with our partner schools.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and universities.
- Participate in forums and recruitment fairs to attract new talents.
- Organize presentations and workshops in partner institutions to promote career opportunities at FORVIA.
- Coordinate school visits and on-site events for students.
- Monitor and analyze feedback from schools and students to continuously improve our relationships and recruitment processes.
3. Integration of Interns and Apprentices:
- Recruitment and integration of interns and apprentices on site.
- Organize afterworks and other events to strengthen team cohesion.
This mission will start at the end of August / beginning of September 2025 for a minimum duration of 12 or 24 months.Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Student in Master 1 or 2, a specialization in Human Resources Management is a plus.
- First experience in recruitment is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Fluent in French and English is essential.
- Writing skills.
