This superb Talent Acquisition Consultant position is for you.Our client offers an environment where you’ll be part of the recruitment process from start to finish’that is, from taking on the mandate to hiring the candidate.You’ll have to collaborate with managers in taking on the need, from posting, writing the interview questionnaire to validating references, docketing etc.A skills development component will be added to your responsibilities once you have mastered the talent acquisition function which will enable you to set up training programs, evaluate them and ensure that the skills developed are properly applied.Your responsibilities:Supervise and orchestrate the entire recruitment and selection process.Develop innovative recruitment strategies and create selection tools in line with the key skills sought.Design attractive job descriptions and write hard-hitting advertisements.Conduct pre-employment checks and coordinate the various tests required.( plumitifContribute to the enhancement and promotion of the employer brand.Participate in the identification of skills development needs (initial and continuing training) and the creation of the development framework.In collaboration with specialists, lead the design of tailor-made programs adapted to specific needs.Implement tools to measure training effectiveness and skills transfer. ProfileBachelor’s degree in industrial relations or business administration with HR option completedRelevant experience in talent acquisition Good analytical and synthesis skills;Results-oriented

• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage time and priorities;
• Good oral and written communication skills in French and English;
• Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (asset).
