They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.Purpose of the Role:The Talent Acquisition function is responsible for all hiring across the company, EMEA. This includes all permanent recruitment. As a key role in this team the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the talent acquisition team in a full range of their duties, not limited to: providing logistical support for interviews, wash ups sessions and project support; extracting and distributing reports; editing and formatting documents; preparing materials for meetings and workshops and acting as a resource support for answering general recruitment enquiries.Role Background:The role is part of the Talent and Learning Centre of Excellence (COE) within HR. The purpose of team is to attract and develop a diverse and high performing workforce with the capabilities to lead and evolve the clients global business now and into the future.
In order to achieve this the team provides specialist expertise and consulting to HR Business Partners and Clients at all levels within EMEA across a wide range of areas including:
The role holder will be a part of our new centralised Talent Acquisition function within the company supporting the Talent Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners (“TAP’s”) who are managing the end to end recruitment activity for their client group.Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Location:This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 3 days a week.
