Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week, site based in OxfordshireFull time, Fixed Term for 7 months£26,500 – £27,000 Per annum (depending on experience)We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract for 7 months.What you will be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate generation, candidate screening, assessment and selection, stakeholder and offer management
• Work closely with the Campaign Lead to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including swift feedback and timely offer generations
• Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships
• Take a proactive approach to visiting Site, job fairs and assessment centres, becoming a visible point of contact
• Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives

What you’ll need to do the role:

• Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to deliver to tight timescales in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail
• Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers
• Motivation and passion about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems
• Ability to travel to contract sites, job fairs and assessment centres
