Job Title Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking to recruit a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition community in London, Toronto, and Asia Pac.Reporting to the AVP TA in London, you will be responsible all aspects of TA administration globally and will provide support to the TA team daily. This is an exciting role for a driven and proactive individual who is seeking a career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.In the current war for talent, you will play a vital role in facilitating the candidate journey and will have the opportunity to impact each candidates’ experience of their recruitment journey with PL Re and UnderwriteMe. Attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload is paramount – we are a small company with high levels of recruitment and interviews with multiple stakeholders. You will have a natural inquisitiveness for idea generation in all aspects of the world of Talent Acquisition – there will be opportunities to provide support to the AVP TA in strategic projects such as D&I, branding, culture, graduates/interns etc.This role would suit someone working in an agency or RPO who is keen to work directly for the client, and someone who is keen to understand how data can drive recruitment strategy.Main Duties
