You’ll gain hands-on experience across all facets of talent acquisition, working closely with our recruiters to source, engage, and onboard top talent.What you’ll do:
- Manage interview scheduling for 25+ open roles using Greenhouse
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proactively source and pipeline talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable
- Contribute to innovative sourcing strategies and diverse candidate engagement
- Support employer branding initiatives and other ad-hoc TA projects
- Assist in the engagement of our Summer Internship Program
- Shadow full-lifecycle recruiters to learn the end-to-end recruitment process
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Reliable and collaborative team player
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Teamable (preferred)

This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 8th, working up to 35 hours per week.
