ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do

• Execute Talent Strategies – Drive recruitment operations for frontline and professional hiring, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Enhance Recruitment Service Delivery – Optimize hiring efficiency, diversity hiring initiatives, and candidate experience.
• Act as a Trusted Talent Partner – Build strong relationships with HR, business leaders, and COEs, ensuring seamless execution of hiring plans.
• Lead & Develop Recruiters – Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to develop top-tier recruiting teams.
• Ensure Process Adherence – Drive structured hiring methodologies, ensuring compliance with global and local hiring regulations.
• Data-Driven Hiring Decisions – Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Leverage Technology – Champion ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools, ensuring recruiters use the best tech for efficient hiring.
• Collaborate Across Global Teams – Work with TA Process, A&E, and Talent Strategy teams to align on global recruitment priorities.

Your Impact

• Ensure Hiring Success – You’ll lead recruitment teams to meet hiring SLAs and talent pipeline goals efficiently.
• Develop & Strengthen the Team – You’ll coach, mentor, and upskill recruiters, enhancing PepsiCo’s talent acquisition capabilities.
• Optimize Recruitment Strategies – Through data analysis and process enhancements, you’ll drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience leading talent acquisition teams in frontline or professional hiring.
• Strategic Recruitment Expertise – Deep understanding of end-to-end hiring, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Strong Stakeholder Management – Ability to partner with senior leadership, HR, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions.
• Data-Driven & Analytical – Experience tracking hiring metrics, identifying process improvements, and making data-backed hiring decisions.
• Operational Excellence & Process Optimization – Proven ability to streamline hiring workflows, enhance recruiter efficiency, and drive compliance.
• Team Leadership & Development – Experience in coaching, mentoring, and upskilling recruitment teams.
• Technology Proficiency – Strong expertise in ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools to enhance hiring processes.
• Global Mindset – Experience working in a global, matrixed environment, collaborating across different markets and business units.
• Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to manage hiring challenges, propose solutions, and drive hiring efficiency.
