Location: This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis and will be a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely along with being office based in either our Corby, Manchester or London locations.

Talent Acquisition is a critical function within the RS Group’s people organisation. The TA function is responsible for attracting, recruiting and hiring top talent. The TA Manager role plays a instramental part in managing recruitment processes and executing the firm’s overall talent acquisition strategy; Identify, Engage, Assess, Hire & Pre Onboard.

The Talent Acquistion Manager role is responsible for delivering the TA process, working with candidates, hiring managers and key business & people stakeholders to deliver a high calibre, slick end-to-end recruitment process at pace.

This role will report directly to the aligned business area Senior TA Manager. 

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment cycle from candidate attraction to offer management. You will have the ability to confidently liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels across a multi-disciplinary business, showing up as a subject matter expert for our hiring communities.

Our ideal candidate has solid experience within an inhouse Talent Acquisition function. You will be confident, proactive, and super motivated with a keen eye for what good likes like for our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer management including headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and other mediums, screening calls, managing the E2E interview process, manage and provide feedback to candidates/hiring communities
  • Manage the company’s recruitment initiatives using a proactive approach enabling company growth and great candidate experiences
  • Take a consultative approach with hiring managers and fully understand their hiring needs
  • Advise on policy, processes, and approaches to support the business in making sound hiring decisions
  • Research, prepare and tailor role information, selection criteria and advertising copy to the requirements of each role
  • Partner with the EVP Manager on the recruitment strategies and use of the relevant platforms to identify and attract potential new employees ensuring all candidate attraction media and marketing collateral is relevant, accurate, consistent, and engaging
  • Build a talent pipeline and sources using a multi-channel approach
  • Reporting on key recruitment stats including looking at improving time to hire, reducing cost to hire, and delivering commercially favourable results
  • Managing all recruitment through our ATS to drive great data practices

About you:

  • Solid and recent experience in a 360 Talent Acquisition role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced business and managing high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent organisation skills with an attention to detail, including written & verbal communications
  • Dedicated to employee engagement, brand values and culture
  • Experienced in using recruitment tools – ATS Success Factors, LinkedIn recruiter & talents insights, Job boards/Search tools, Excel, PowerPoint
