Job PurposeAt the heart of our success is our people. The Talent Acquisition team plays a fundamental role making sure the right people are in the business to help us achieve our goals and on our journey to create environments in which people can thrive.As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the full end to end cycle of the volume recruitment in our sites; from candidate attraction to offer management. You’ll work with candidates, hiring managers and key business & people stakeholders to deliver a high quality, smooth end-to-end recruitment process at pace, while ensuring all candidates have a brilliant experience of Vita Group, no matter the outcome.You’ll also use insight gained via data, experience and sound understanding of the operational business to contribute towards the recruitment and retention strategy for the sites to drive efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Delivery of a best-in-class candidate experience across the full volume recruitment lifecycle of our existing sites and opening pipeline in line with site base templates.
  • Managing, supporting and motivating the Talent Acquisition Assistant to drive recruitment performance
  • Filling all vacancies within agreed timescales (Contract signing, excluding notice period)
  • Ownership of the effective implementation and consistent use of the ATS
  • Reporting and analysis of key recruitment stats and patterns
  • Drive improvement of time to hire, reducing cost to hire, and retention of new hires
  • Work with HR team and senior managers to ensure an effective, compliant, fair and consistent approach to candidate interviewing and selection.
  • Creating engaging job descriptions/ role profiles/ adverts with the operations team / hiring manager to attract top talent, ensuring content is up to date and reflective of duties or changes in the business
  • Conducting all first stage telephone/ online screenings
  • Ensuring all rejected candidates are given meaningful feedback to ensure they remain company advocates
  • Maintaining a recruitment lifecycle tracker for all advertised roles
  • Providing coaching and training to all hiring managers on recruitment, ensure high engagement of hiring managers with the recruitment process and provide appropriate challenge
  • Conduct exit interviews with any voluntary leavers within the first three months
  • Report and analyse exit interview results to provide insight to contribute to the overall recruitment and retention
  • strategy, working with the Head of HR & Head of Operations.
  • Use data insights to provide recommendations to fine tune base templates where appropriate as and when required based on data, market types and historic recruitment
  • Budget management to ensure correct allocation of costs and activities across digital platforms (Indeed) to optimise activity, and any investment in external events such as job fairs.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure the company profile on various platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc) is up to date and ‘on brand’, highlighting the company as a desired employer
  • Manage employee reviews across various platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor etc)
  • Document processes and supporting guidance for all recruitment processes.
  • Creating talent bank of future candidates to fill positions when they arise
  • Organise and represent the company at recruitment fairs and events where appropriate.
