Highly sought after role as Talent Acquisition Manager to work with a premium retail client.Job Responsibilities:Recruitment: Identify, target, and headhunt candidates for Operations, Commercial, and Ecomm divisions.Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements and draft profiles.Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing solutions, with a focus on digital and direct methods.Screening: Evaluate CVs and identify high-potential candidates.Interviews: Conduct qualitative interviews to assess competencies and aspirations.Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience by monitoring and informing candidates regularly.Reporting: Maintain recruitment reports and KPIs, suggesting improvements.Trends: Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitor activities.Employer Branding: Represent the company at recruitment events.Ideal Candidate:Relevant recruitment experience.Passion for inclusion and diversity.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships.Expertise in recruitment tools and digital sourcing.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ATS (Avature is a plus).Champion of candidate experience and skilled in interview methodologies.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
