π Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per weekπ· Salary: Β£27,000 β Β£35,000 per annum (based on experience and track record)π Location: We are a hybrid team, based throughout the UK. We offer the flexibility to work outside of the UK up to 90 days per year, however you must be able to work and live permanently within the UK. You will also be required to travel to London for team and company meet ups once a month. #LI-RemoteThe roleWe are searching for a friendly, energetic and proactive individual to join us as a full-time Talent Acquisition & Operations Associate. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, attracting top-tier talent, and streamlining operational processes to facilitate the rapid growth of the business.The role will offer variety and dynamism. As Isla grows, your responsibilities will too. We have a huge amount to get done, so the ideal candidate must be willing to solve a diverse range of operational challenges to help us scale our wonderful team and the business. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organised, and must possess the skills to support the management of various operational functions and hiring processes for multiple roles simultaneously.
