About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to improve and maintain our talent acquisition processes. This role will focus on optimising recruitment processes, improving data and reporting systems, and driving efficiencies across the entire recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will work closely with the talent acquisition team and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, effective resource allocation, and alignment with organisational goals.

Day to day Talent Ops procedures

    • Lead and mentor a growing team of Recruiting Coordinators across multiple geographies
    • Manage the candidate offer approval process and issuance of employment documents globally.
    • Manage the Employer Branding process
    • Project Management – identifying cross-functional dependencies, assisting with resource allocation, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Process Optimisation:

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
    • Streamline and automate administrative tasks related to talent acquisition to reduce time-to-hire and increase hiring manager satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify bottlenecks and proactively address challenges in the hiring process.

Data Management & Reporting:

    • Manage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
    • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Technology & Tools Management:

    • Maintain and optimize recruitment technology and tools.
    • Ensure seamless integration between ATS and other HR systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with recruiters to understand their system needs and ensure alignment between recruitment operations and organizational goals.
    • Provide guidance and training to recruitment teams on process improvements, new tools, and best practices.

Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):

    • Ensure organizational adherence to SOC2 and other compliance needs, including job descriptions, reference checks, and background checks.
    • Report on the progress of diversity hiring initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
    • Proven ability to analyse data and generate meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
