If you agree, then we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be partnering with hiring managers on vacancies across a range of levels globally and working with colleagues within the People Team and other internal stakeholders to provide specialist recruitment expertise to resolve local challenges in candidate attraction and candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.What you will be doing:
- Working with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans for candidate attraction, including assisting in the writing of effective job adverts and partnering with managers to design and deliver effective assessment methods.
- Working with local HR teams in global offices to provide recruitment assistance as and when required to resolve local challenges in candidate sourcing.
- Interviewing with managers across the global business for key roles and senior hires.
- Supporting the delivery of the global recruitment process, and educating managers in best practice recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities for combined resourcing activities across the Taylor & Francis business when there are multiple roles of a similar nature.
- Actively seek a diverse range of candidates for vacancies and promote accessible methods of assessment, collaborating with the internal DE&I team and external diversity partnerships to ensure an equitable recruitment process
- Ensure all recruitment advertising is as strong as possible and adheres to appropriate legislation and company policy, and that appropriate selection tools and processes are being used.
- Promote Taylor & Francis recruitment messaging and brand across social media channels to increase candidate attraction. Upskilling and supporting line managers where required on social media use in recruitment.
- Supporting the global TA team and other teammates on ad-hoc projects as required.
QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
- Experience of partnering with business stakeholders to support recruitment activities
- Strong global knowledge of recruitment practices
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice on interviews and assessment, alongside knowledge of appropriate HR legislation pertinent to recruitment activities
- Knowledge and experience of HRIS/ATS
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving and a process improvement approach
- Deadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demands
- Demonstrable experience of partnering with stakeholders to support recruitment activities
- Knowledge of working with recruitment systems and maintaining a high level of data integrity
