You’ll be delivering an end to end recruitment experience for a very broad range of business areas here at Capital One, including Analytics, Project Management, Process Management, Legal, Compliance, Fraud and Risk.What you’ll doTake detailed briefs from Hiring Managers on role requirements to enable you to source and screen quality candidatesSupport in the development of the hiring strategy for current and future talent across business areasSource diverse talent for both immediate demand and future pipeliningHave engaging and informative conversations with potential candidates about life at Capital One and provide good insight into the role you’re sourcing forHave the ability and confidence to give immediate feedback to candidates who may not be suitableWe’re a collaborative bunch, so we want you to contribute at team meetings, generating new ideas and discussing opportunitiesCapital One isn’t the corporate environment you’d imagine a bank to be, however, you’ll still maintain a professional manner and outlook at all times, mindful that we are the face of Capital OneWhat we’re looking forSignificant recruitment experience from in-house or agency and experience sourcingThe ability to communicate and influence effectively and with confidence since you’ll need to be comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers via phone and or zoom callsBeing a Team player is key in making sure we are aligned on approach and offer a consistent service to our internal customers and candidatesHigh standards of written communication are essential; being clear, concise and accurate when messaging candidates, completing trackers, providing updates etc.You’ll be highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detailTalent Acquisition can be a fast-paced and overwhelming environment, the ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of work is essentialLastly, we want you to bring yourself to work!
