We currently have a vacancy for a Talent Acqusition Partner to join our team in Birchwood, Warrington working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday. This opportunity will have a balance between home and office based working offering a competitive salary depending on experienceAs a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the development and management of resourcing activities within the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define what ‘good looks like’ and engage with the best talent in the market. The Resourcing Partner will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to on boarding, whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step. You will provide expert advice, data and recommendations to Hiring Managers to enable to make key Resourcing decisions.What we are looking for:

  • Ideally experience in an in-house function dealing with high volume and niche roles or in an agency role closely partnering clients who have volume and niche roles.
  • Experience using social media to recruit
  • Experience using data to make sound sourcing and selection decisions.
  • Excellent at collaborating with others and developing strong working relationships with hiring managers
  • Seen as an advisor to the business and subject matter expert.
  • Experience working to objectives and targets and demonstrating and providing rationale for own and vacancy performance
  • Someone who strives for continuous improvement
  • Solution orientated
  • Self-driven and motivated

Previous experience within an in house recruitment team focusing on recruitment activity for Operations, Sales, Retail or other Central Functions is an advantage.As Talent Acquisition Partner you will receive:
