Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.As EMEA Talent Acquisition team we’re looking to hire a new colleague, a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a strategic role in helping us to find the best talent for our organization in EMEA, with primarily focus on our UK operations, with facilities in Nottingham, Manchester and Salford.The incumbent will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of the global Talent Acquisition processes and procedures, and employer branding, whilst being part of an international matrix organization.​If you have proven track record in a similar role, want to join a multicultural and international team, and most importantly positive attitude and loads of energy, we’d love to know you!What you will do:

• Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of openings (Commercial Sales/After Sales/ Key accounts Sales, Technical, SCH, Trade Compliance, Finance, etc.) across EMEA with primarily focus on the UK.
• Build deep partnerships with the Hiring Managers for the assigned openings to understand business needs, technical requirements and team dynamics while providing high quality ideas on sourcing strategies and challenges.
• Source external candidates using wide variety of recruitment methods: posting, networking, headhunting, etc.​ and propose innovative sourcing strategies to execute successful recruitment plan.​
• Act as a Recruitment Business Partner and provide guidance and best practices to Hiring Managers when needed.
• Partner closely with local HR Business Partners to ensure that the recruitment process is followed as defined.
• Ensure excellent candidates’ experience and be company’s culture & values ambassador.
• Take part to local, regional and/or global TA projects to continuously improve Markem-Imaje employer branding, candidate’s experience, and TA tools/processes.

What you need to have:

• Solid recruitment experience as Inhouse Recruiter or as part of a recruitment agency.
• Proven track record in full cycle recruitment across UK. Having worked for other countries (within or outside EU) would be a plus.
• Experience in recruitment for commercial and engineering roles would be a plus.
• Solid experience in LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, projects) and other Sites.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and to lead recruitment projects with remote Hiring Managers/HRBP for multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at different levels and with the Global TA/HR organization.
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote Manager.
• Excellent English skills, any other European language will be a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in using an ATS would be a plus.
