You’ll work closely with hiring managers within our Engineering department to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role will be responsible for sourcing talent in a proactive, cost effective and sustainable way, ensuring every opportunity is taken to strengthen organisational capability. This will be done through a good mix of traditional and innovative resourcing solutions whilst building strong working relationships with functional managers and key operational stakeholders.
