Job Description:ABOUT YOUAs the Talent Partner, you will be customer/candidate focused, with the ability to work at pace, ensuring a great experience for each candidate as well as each hiring manager. This role will be based remotely, working from home, but you must be able to travel to sites when required to better understand the skills and the culture of the businesses.

  • Previous working experience of working in a fast-paced Talent role/Agency
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with Hiring managers
  • Ability to network and build a pipeline using LinkedIn recruiter
  • Market awareness externally, keeping commercially aware
  • Knowledge of working with data base systems and generating reports
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to multitask to business needs
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and be reactive/proactive to the business needs
  • Work as part of a team remotely and have a hands-on approach
  • Proven track background of delivering workload at set time frames
  • Ability to travel to business sites when required
  • Working t KPIs, with a cost saving focus for the business

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Building strong working partnerships with Hiring Managers/HRBPs to understand skills/business area
  • Advertising jobs and ensuring all is on brand, with positive and current language
  • Build skilled aligned pipelines and strategies to build direct candidate approach
  • Excellent communication both written/verbal with strong grammar
  • Right to work verified/provided to process contract
  • Good systems knowledge and ability to keep all information up to date
  • Build effective working partnerships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Adhering best practice to support brand and business areas
  • Work at pace with a focus on time frames and turn around
  • Deliver targets set and able to work at pace/multi-task
  • Strong team player, with a hands-on approach
