As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Talent Acquisition Partner based at our site in Milton Keynes.As we embark on a journey of growth you will be a crucial part of this transformational journey crafting our new and innovative ways of working to improve the candidate experience and employment branding.As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead our ambitious talent tactics, with effective strategies that attract a pipeline of top talent.Every day is different at TBF, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Business partnering with Managers & Senior Leaders to proactively manage future and urgent recruitment needs
- Partner with the People Partner to facilitate the talent management framework and headcount needs
- Weekly and monthly reporting on all the full talent function activity
- Be present at weekly and monthly meetings sharing insights to talent performance with areas focus
- Team leadership managing 1 direct report and collaboration with the wider Talent, People & L&D team
- Sharing your expertise with hiring managers to improve the quality of hires across the team
- Using recruitment metrics to deliver recommendations to your business partners
- Partner with local charities and partners to widen our talent pool
- Analyse all candidate feedback with actions to improve when necessary
- Build a candidate experience that’s efficient, innovative and transparent
- Build a world class pre-boarding and on-boarding journey using future thinking techniques
- Continuously look for opportunities to evolve our job advertising, managing content and pre-boarding visuals
- Explore industry events and opportunities to meet future hires, representing The Bread Factory as an ambassador
- Consistency in storytelling to maintain an active employer brand and look for opportunities to share people related content in line with guidelines
- Use data to drive your decisions and priorities
- External market research and competitor analysis and deliver recommendations
- Manage the ATS platform
- Evolve recruitment hiring events utilising technology
To be successful in this role you must:
- Experience of working in high volume recruitment
- Experience with Food Manufacturing recruitment
- Management and Leadership Experience
- A strong network and understanding of food manufacturing
- Experience in team management a with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, talent mapping and talent management
- Ability to be tactical and using data to guide your decisions
- High attention to detail in reading data, analysing reports & driving change affectively
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and decision making
- Ability to listen effectively, demonstrate curiosity & influence senior business partners
- A creative thinker to design and build digital recruitment campaigns
- Experience in building people related content
