You will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates with the right skills, passion, and cultural fit. You will own the entire hiring process-from initial contact to final offer-and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment for our Tech and Business teams across our 9 countries in Europe, ensuring hiring targets are met with top-tier talent.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a smooth and exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Use data to inform decisions around hiring strategies, diversity & inclusion, and candidate experience.
  • Enhance our employer brand by leading key initiatives and collaborating with the communication team to authentically represent Electra’s culture and values.
  • Continually refine and improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to stay competitive in the talent market.

💚 Your profile3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally across both tech and business roles within an international environment.A track record of success in high-growth start-up / scale-up.Experience in managing complex recruitment processes autonomously.Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as Linkedin, TeamTailor…)Highly organized, data-oriented, and able to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong business acumen, praoctivity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.⚡ What Electra offers you
