As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KIKO Milano, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our dynamic and rapidly growing global beauty brand. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will contribute to the success of KIKO Milano by building a talented and diverse workforce.(This role is a 4 month FTC starting ASAP – ideally W/C 23rd September)Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-notch talent in alignment with KIKO Milano’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and talent pipelines, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review CV’s, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for KIKO Milano.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a consistent and fair interview process. Collaborate with interview panels and gather feedback to make informed hiring decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring that candidates receive timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential candidates for upcoming positions.
- Data and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make data-driven improvements.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus.
