You will be responsible for formulating proactive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in addressing both internal and external recruiting requirements, managing the entire process from candidate generation to successful hire. A minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience is required, preferably within the AEC industry.Location: Toronto or KitchenerKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:As a key member of the RJC Engineers recruitment team, this role will be responsible for a full range of recruitment activities including:
