Our client is searching for a talented professional like you to join their team on a 12-month contract in Manchester. If you have a background in recruitment and onboarding and are excited about providing an excellent onboarding experience, then this role might be perfect for you!As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the chance to work closely with the Global Operations Lead, Talent Acquisition Team, Technology Teams, and various Business functions. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, from raising a recruitment requisition to preparing for new hires’ first day.Here’s what your daily duties will include:

• Working in partnership with Hiring Managers to create and submit job requisitions.

• Providing administrative support by ordering equipment and applying for necessary accesses.

• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all requisition requirements are captured and communicated effectively.

• Being the go-to person for hiring managers, answering any questions and partnering with relevant teams when needed.

To be successful in this role, here’s what you’ll need:

• Previous experience working in a recruitment/onboarding environment.

• Demonstrable experience managing complex administration tasks within a customer-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experience with HR/recruitment systems such as Workday.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with great attention to detail.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• A team player mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
