We look to innovate and challenge how and why we do things.Being an integral part of a larger Talent and Development team, we frequently direct our recruiting expertise to drive the wider talent agenda at Very.About the role.We are currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a fixed term contract.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will proactively source outstanding candidates utilising innovative recruitment techniques, tools and methodologies to improve hire conversion rates, and increase our candidate quality and pipeline. Partnering with the wider business, you will understand their requirements ensuring our processes and practices are fit for purpose.Being an ambassador for candidates ensures we consistently offer an outstanding candidate experience, which will include coordinating interviews, interview packs and confirmations to candidates directly. Workable is our ATS and you will ensure all jobs and applicants are up to date in real-time.We’re looking for the successful candidate to bring with them;
