We operate in 9+ geographies across the UK, EU and the US.We believe that the future of financial services will be delivered by customer-oriented tech companies that embed financing in their customer journeys, and we are building the solutions that will power that future.The Role:We are looking for a motivated and organised Talent Coordinator to support our Recruitment Team in managing the company’s recruitment functions. As we continue to grow rapidly, we’ve identified the need for an additional team member to take charge of coordination across the organisation.In this role, you will handle screening calls, schedule interviews for both internal and external roles, and coordinate with hiring managers, team members, and external candidates to arrange availability. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also provide support for a variety of recruitment needs.This position offers substantial growth potential, giving you the chance to further develop your internal recruitment skills and, over time, assume responsibility for your own area within the recruitment function.Requirements

  • Take ownership of recruitment and coordination for all junior roles within the company, with potential to manage some senior roles over time.
  • Maintain and update YouLend’s Applicant Tracking System (Workable) to ensure accurate reporting of recruitment data.
  • Keep the recruitment team informed via Workable and Teams about candidate contacts and progress at each stage of recruitment.
  • Arrange interviews for all internal and most external open roles, coordinating with hiring managers, team members, and candidates to align on availability.
  • Manage interview scheduling by checking calendars, booking both in-person and online interviews, and updating the office team about candidate visits.
  • Collect feedback from hiring managers and team members on why candidates were unsuccessful, and communicate this constructive feedback promptly.
  • Confirm and communicate candidate attendance prior to interviews.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including creating and editing job advertisements and email templates in the ATS.

Essential:

  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and be responsible for your own function within recruitment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Desire to work in internal recruitment.
