Baking brilliance makes every day special.The Talent & Employer Brand Advisor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at attracting talent to the business for early careers and experienced hires. They will work with the Group Talent Acquisition Partner to continue to build our employer brand strategy, using various platforms to create a narrative and leverage it to tell compelling stories about Finsbury Food Group.They’ll work collaboratively with the business to provide advice and guidance on all recruitment marketing activity and be responsible for maintaining our digital platforms by creating and planning content across these platforms in line with the resourcing strategy. There will be a focus on delivering a great customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that we are promoting the Finsbury Food Group employer brand to deliver our employer of choice goal, this could be in person at recruitment events or virtually.The successful candidate will have either worked in either a direct Recruitment, Employer Brand or Marketing recruitment advisor position. They will have creative thinking skills with the ability to design, write, and edit content in a brand tone. They’ll be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Employer Brand vs Company Brand and be a proficient social media user, with the ability to influence. They’ll have excellent IT and organisational skills, with the ability to provide insights from campaign data.This is a remote working position but travel sites and events across the UK will be required. In addition to campaign management, they’ll also work on projects to enhance experience, process or attraction and sourcing channels.As an added extra, did we mention that we make cake and specialty bread!This is what you’ll actually do!As the Talent & Employer Brand Advisor, you’ll work collaboratively across the people team and wider business to understand and design talent and recruitment marketing activities. With the Group Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll develop recruitment marketing strategies and ensure effective resource allocation for external activities and events, including attending in person and may include presentation delivery.You will be a social media guru as you be responsible for social media planning & management, creating imaginative content primarily for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. You’ll research and create an annual plan of target activities for recruitment, such as fairs and other relevant external events, considering an appropriate mix of online and on-the-ground formats. While managing logistics and administration of external activities and events to increase our employer brand.A key focus of this role will be to help deliver the group Early Career talent strategy where you’ll conduct market research to identify target markets and potential students. You’ll use market research and trends to shape marketing and student recruitment strategies. While understanding market trends, to proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid digital recruitment marketing efforts. You’ll showcase career opportunities within the Food Industry and build a network across colleges/universities who we can partner with.As the Talent & Employer Brand Advisor, you’ll conduct analysis of key marketing recruitment strategies and provide reports to the Group Talent Acquisition Partner. Undertake ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the overall recruitment plan and its individual component activities, including regular KPI reporting to the team and other stakeholders using the organisation’s ATS and digital platforms.You’ll work with the Group Talent Acquisition Partner in developing on going video content which will be used to elevate our Employer Brand on our digital platforms and work with the Group Talent Acquisition Partner by being someone who can bring Finsbury Food Group’s culture to life, crafting compelling narratives that showcase our values and inspire employee engagementIdeally this is you!· Previous experience in either a direct Recruitment, Employer Brand or Marketing recruitment advisor position· Creative thinking skills with the ability to design, write, and edit content in a brand tone· Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Employer Brand vs Company Brand· Proficient social media user, with the ability to influence· Ideally an understanding of direct recruitment practices including recruitment briefs, advertising, candidate experience, etc· Ideally experience of Early Careers recruitment or marketing campaigns· Proactive team player focused on delivering high-quality service who has excellent business partnering skills· Able to work calmly under pressure and prioritise tasks based on business needs· Experience creating content such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and testimonials· Understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels· IT literacy including Powerpoint, Excel and social media platforms· Flexible and organised as travel across the UK will be required, which may include overnight.What’s in it for you!· Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave to allow quality time with your new arrival!· Enhanced Pension Scheme for our employees· Death in Service Benefit· Free Employee Assistance Programme (open to colleagues and their families)· Retail discounts accessible via our Benefits Hub platform!· Company shop available at sites (heavily discounted, delicious products!)· Refer a Friend Scheme (up to £300 per referral – T&C’s dependent)· Employee Recognition Awards· Extensive Learning & Development opportunities (including opportunities for sponsored professional memberships and our own in-house development course!)· An opportunity to be part of a fantastic, growing organisation.
