Our backend architecture is abstracted to modularly offer deep analytics capabilities that are leveraged in the solutions that we offer or can be directly embedded in our client’s system topologies.About the role: We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional, with experience across talent acquisition, employee development and engagement in the context of a dynamic tech environment. The ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of how HR contributes to overall business success, coupled with strong project management skills to execute initiatives end-to-end. This position requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role will report to the Senior People Manager and will be based either in Athens or LondonAt Signal, we are committed to finding people who are respectful, inclusive, and team players, embodying these values in every roleKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that focus on bar-raising, culture-fitting additions to the team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Business Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Offer coaching, support, and conflict resolution services to managers and team members to improve collaboration and engagement.
Employee Development & Engagement:
- Design and implement employee development programs that align with organizational needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate communication across teams to foster a positive work environment.
Project Management: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.HR Operations: Ensure flawless execution of HR processes and compliance with policies and regulations. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations and systems.Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in recruitment, and employee development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and development; speciality in technology product roles strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in a high-growth, startup environment.
- Ability to design, implement, and deliver projects end-to-end with a holistic understanding of business needs and impact.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
