Talent Partner (Marketing Specialism) – FTC🗓️ 12-16 week FTC🕣 Min 32 hours per week, Mon – Fri. (Sadly we are not able to consider a 4 day week for this role)📍 London Hybrid – 2 days per week in our London HQ – E1 in the first month, 1 day per week thereafter, the rest remote/wfh/office as you choose.

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚

The Opportunity:

• Manage the full hiring process for various roles across the business, primarily Marketing roles, from scoping to sourcing to scheduling to hiring.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
• Create an unforgettable candidate experience and guide hiring managers through the process.
• Act as a true business partner, providing insights and guidance on recruitment strategies.

What we need from you:

• Solid experience as an internal recruiter/TA sourcing and hiring marketing professionals at all levels.
• Experience working with ATS’ (Workable and/or Ashby is a bonus).
• A network of marketing professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (ideally SMT/SLT level)
