Department: EnablementThe Enablement team includes our People, Operations and Talent teams. Together we make sure that our people are set up for success from the time they interview and throughout their lifetime with us. We act as helpers and career accelerators, ensuring our employees get the support they need to be able to succeed in their areas of expertise.We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent & People Associate who will drive our headcount expansion and support the development of our teams. This role reports to our Senior People Manager.What will you do?This role allows you to have an impact as a lead for both commercial and non-commercial roles in the tech industry, hiring talent and working alongside managers and heads of departments. You will help shape the future of the talent management function and actively participate in headcount planning.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving talent attraction and improving our candidates’ experiences.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development and employee engagement programs.
  • Assist with office administration tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and equipment, event and travel coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in a startup-like environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for enabling people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
