Full-time – Paris (on site) – from 50k€Reporting to the VP People, the Talent Sourcer will own all sourcing activities. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent to drive our mission forward. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building connections, leveraging technology, and contributing to a fast-growing organisation.ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & EngagementPartner with Talent Partners to identify hiring needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.Use innovative sourcing techniques, including Open source projects, Boolean search, and social media platforms, to identify top-tier candidates.Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Engage passive candidates to introduce them to exciting opportunities within the organisation.Conference & Event RepresentationRepresent Kiln’s Talent team at industry conferences, career fairs, and networking events.Actively identify and engage high-potential candidates at events and through direct networking.Build long-term connections with industry professionals to strengthen Kiln’s talent pipeline.Share insights and learnings from events to refine sourcing strategies and build an innovative talent acquisition approach.Screening & CoordinationConduct initial outreach and qualification calls to assess candidate suitability.Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews and track feedback.Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in our ATS ( ).Employer BrandingSupport employer branding efforts by sharing company updates and insights on professional platforms.Collaborate on creative campaigns to attract diverse and skilled candidates.Data & ReportingTrack and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed.Provide weekly pipeline updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition team.Collaboration & ImprovementWork closely with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.Continuously improve sourcing strategies by staying updated on market trends and best practices.RequirementsProven experience (2+ years) in talent sourcing or a similar role within recruitment.Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean search).Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems like Notion, Ashby(ATS), or equivalent.Fluent in English as your manager isn’t fluent in FrenchPreferred SkillsExperience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.Interest or familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.Knowledge of global hiring practices and sourcing for diverse markets.About Kiln:Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade rewards platform that enables institutional customers to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality into their offerings.
