Talent Sourcing SpecialistLocation: CraigavonHours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday-Friday) Hybrid Working (T&Cs)Salary: CompetitiveBusiness Unit: Central ServicesOpen To: Internal and External ApplicantsRef No.: HRJOB10328The RoleDue to the continued success and growth of the Almac Group, we are recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our busy Talent Acquisition team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional (in-house or agency), to be part of the ongoing provision and continuous development of the professional end-to-end sourcing service that we provide to the Almac Group across various global locations.The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work collaboratively with a team of Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialists (General and Technical/Scientific), to attract and source passive candidates, build talent pipelines and networks whilst representing and promoting the Almac employer brand.The postholder will carry out the initial screening of applications, provide quality shortlists and proactively build talent pools for future hard to fill, specialist and volume roles. They will also proactively identify market trends and insights to inform future talent initiatives.What we are looking for· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up permanent employment in the UK· Third level qualification (i.e., A-Level, HNC, HND equivalent or higher)· Previous practical experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing or recruiting for an in-house recruiting team or agency to include the following:1. Experience of candidate sourcing through social media.2. Experience of a variety of specialist sourcing and research techniques (i.e., Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels.3.
