In this role, you’ll have the chance to flex your programming and technical skills while gaining valuable experience in application support, system integration, and workflow optimization.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development and maintenance of in-house recruitment systems using custom API integrations across multiple applications and tools.Be a go-to person for resolving issues with our recruitment tools, ensuring everything runs smoothly for users across the organization.Look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement solutions using scripting and low-code tools like Microsoft Power Automate.Develop clear and easy-to-follow guides and resources to support users in navigating recruitment systems with ease.QualificationsSolid Python skills, especially with libraries like pandas and requests, to support system integrations.Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding how to connect systems.
