There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.Responsibilities:Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returnsDemonstrate solid understanding of tax codes, regulations, rulings and case lawProvide detail review and training staffDedicates time to coaching others in tax software, business process, research skills, technical expertise, planning and project management skills while engaging and motivating team members and providing timely feedbackResponsible for client work being performed on time and within appropriate scope of services and budgetStays alert to client needs that may result in growth opportunities for the firm and communicates to client service coordinatorRequired Qualifications:BA/BS Degree – preferably in Accounting or related field of studyMinimum 3 years of experience in Public AccountingComprehensive understanding of tax law/rules and implicationsExperience with International Tax compliance including, but not limited to forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118Ability to travel to client sites as needed, some to require overnight accommodationsPreferred Qualifications:CPA, JD or LL.M.Experience with a national or large regional accounting firmStrong verbal and written communication skillsAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $65,500 – $105,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
