OverviewHire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Accounting/Tax Supervisor to join our client’s team. As an Accounting/Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax functions within the organization. You will work closely with clients to provide tax planning, preparation, and compliance services. Additionally, you will supervise a team of accountants and tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Our client is a reputable accounting firm that serves clients across various industries. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements
• Manage and supervise the tax team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
• Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients
• Stay up to date with tax regulations and changes in tax law
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coach and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
