Helping our customers to share in our values and feel GOOD about their food.As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for influencing, motivating and guiding your team in your shared goal to provide a shopping experience to our customers that is distinctively Waitrose.You’ll contribute to the Partnership’s overall performance through exemplary shop keeping and people management skills. All while being a positive role model for delivering outstanding Partner-led, customer service. You’ll ensure consistently high levels of availability and merchandising as well as delivering an efficient, legal, and secure store operation.It’s fast paced and at times you’ll oversee the entire day to day operation of the shop, using your commercial skills to maximize sales and profit, customer satisfaction and minimize wastage. As a leader, you’ll empower Partners to act with authority and accountability while enjoying satisfying work by cultivating a supportive culture of care, belonging, pace and productivity.This role is subject to the following pre-employment screening: 5 year reference check, Basic Disclosure and 5 Year financial probity.
