The Growth Company (GC) is seeking two highly organised and motivated Team Support Coordinators to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will assist and support both the project manager and a remote team of 5-20 members in the daily operations of the service.GC Business Growth Hub is a community of specialists with a passion to help businesses across Greater Manchester to realise their ambitions. Since 2011, the Hub has supported more than 15,000 businesses including start-ups, scale-ups and established businesses, providing finance guidance, creating international links, and paving the way for innovation and people development across the region. We work with the best of public and private partners, offering expert one-to-one and peer-to-peer business support, events, specialist programmes, funding and much more.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries via calls, correspondence, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Liaise with advisors to ensure all clients are allocated within 48 hours, including planning visits and meetings with clients/partners.
  • Accurately input data and information from clients, referrals, inquiries, and service use into in-house systems, CRMs, and databases.
  • Confidently multi-task and collaborate with multiple departments to plan and promote meetings, events, seminars, and conferences. Manage delegate registrations/attendance and gather feedback.
  • Process applications for programs and subscriptions, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and documentation is correctly collected, sorted, and stored.
  • Produce reports for management outlining service performance, impact data, funding requirements, and business timetables/timescales.
  • Accurately raise purchase orders, sales invoices, process all invoices, and conduct financial period reconciliations and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Monitor visits, suppliers, and contractors, conducting regular performance checks to ensure all contractual obligations and evidence are in place.

Experience:

  • Experience working with compliance in publicly funded programs.
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Delivering projects to meet defined targets and manage competing priorities.
  • Tracking and producing performance management data.
  • Working with CRM and in-house systems/databases.
  • High level of knowledge and understanding in contract management practices and compliance, especially regarding publicly funded programs.

About you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiation and listening skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
  • Approachable and confident in requesting data/information from professionals and highlighting non-compliance (with support from the Team Manager).
