Be part of a team that embraces adaptability and values continuous improvement, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology advancements on a global scale.As a Tech M&A Officer, you will join the Tech Mission team within the Tech Office, overseeing the overall Tech transformation agenda and driving the Tech performance & operational efficiency.Your key missions:Overseeing key technological operations during merger, acquisition, and divesture (M&A&D) processes.The main missions include assessing the technology and Tech infrastructure, defining strategies for integrating or separating Tech systems, identifying technological synergies, dyssynergies, and risks, managing tech due diligence processes and post merger integrationDue-Diligence: Analysis of the Tech systems, Tech organization & operating model, assessing risks, opportunities and impacts (either buyer or seller side)Carve-Out: Contribute to planning and defining an IT separation/divestiture plan – assessing dependencies related to the divesture process, analyzing standalone scenarios of the target (incl. impact on information system), identifying cutover activities, and evaluating separation costs related to the transactionPost-Merger Integration (PMI): Define a standard PMI approach/strategy for newly acquired businesses by Pernod Ricard, Contribute to planning and defining a standard IT integration plan (e.g., IT blueprint, Day-1 readiness plan and target operating model).
