Reply delivers consulting, system integration and digital services to organisations across the telecom and media; industry and services; banking and insurance; and public sectors.Role overview:As an internal recruiter at Reply, you’ll be responsible for the attraction of technical talent with focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK. As part of Reply’s International Recruiting division, our UK Recruiting team are experts at sourcing talent and are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. You’ll love our diverse and vibrant work environment and the opportunity to work on tech recruiting projects involving cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud, edge computing, chatbot technology and more.Responsibilities:You’ll be a trusted Recruiting Business Partner to our hiring managers and will be instrumental in helping them scale up and achieve their strategic hiring needsAs a recruiter for early talent, you will engage with a selection of universities in order to enhance Reply’s brand as a premium graduate employerYou’ll own the initial screening as well as the virtual HR interview with your candidates and will accompany them throughout the full recruiting journey ensuring excellent candidate experienceOrganisation of university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events such as tech talks, panel events and Open Day @ ReplyYou will be involved in talent acquisition projects and recruiting channel management with a high degree of ownershipAbout the candidate:

• A minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Economics or in another relevant field of study
