What would you do as our Technical Project Administrator

As our Technical Project Administrator for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to join a great team, learn and put into practice sales and operational practices. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the internal Projects Team.

You would also:

  • Quote for small orders and provide quotations to existing customers

  • Assist with maintenance and live installation as well as attend site meetings when necessary

  • Update and support customers as well as answer emails and receive/make calls

  • Review and discuss metal work requirements with sales before drawing and placing into manufacturing

  • Provide general administrative support

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • A pro-active, can-do attitude

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with CRM/database as well as basic knowledge of locks/security/carpentry would be beneficial
