Project Manager, Healthcare IT Software

Manage the deployment and customer satisfaction of Advanced Visualisation (AV) IT solutions for radiology and help medical teams to better take care of millions of patients.

Your role:

  • Coordinate and lead AV solution deployment projects within hospitals according to guidelines, achieving objectives, meeting customer expectations, and managing change adoption after deployment.

  • From first stages of project definition (pre-sales technical study, cost estimation) all the way to successful go-live, customer feedback and project retrospectives.

  • Lead a truly international & highly motivated teams of Philips experts, to balance your project schedule, cost, quality & requirements, working with different stakeholders including other project Managers on multi-disciplinary projects, Clinicians and CxOs, and

  • Whilst this role offers you the chance to work from home we would like to see you in our Farnborough, Hampshire Head Office 1 day a week, and travel to customers across the UK&I (c20%).

You’re right for this role if:

  • You have some experience managing IT Hospital Software projects into a clinical setting or you are an IT Hospital Software Technical Consultant are looking for your first job in Project Management.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and happy to be the conduit between Philips and our customers during project implementation.

  • You have a structured approach to your work, able to organise competing priorities with the customer central to your considerations.

  • You are energised by the prospect of delivering full lifecycle projects that can make a positive impact to patients energises you.

  • You hold a full UK Driving License and have a willingness to travel.

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
