Do you have one year of recent technical support experience?
A company that manufactures automated systems, like
check-out kiosks, is adding a Technical Support member
to their team. In this role, you’ll receive inbound calls from customers and help troubleshoot issues.
No previous customer service experience is necessary—they’ll train you! All you need is previous technical experience, and to be comfortable talking to customers on the phone throughout the day.

Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Communicate
effectively & professionally - Provide timely
response to customers having technical issues - Follow
guidelines and help customers resolve issues
Pay:
$18-$20/hr
Schedule:
- During 2-month training period: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Hybrid role after training period working 4-10s including occasional weekends
Technical Support Requirements:
- 1 year of recent technical support experience
- Strong verbal
and written communication skills - Ability to
navigate software and type information while on a call
