What you’ll do:As we expand in the UK & the US, this role is key to helping us grow our engineering and corporate personnel across our data, enterprise and quant engineering teams.

  • Find outstanding talent with a great culture fit
  • Source candidates from a wide-range of backgrounds
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure they are a good fit for their role
  • Work with Senior VP’s and Directors to understand their recruitment needs

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience hiring candidates in technical roles
  • Be comfortable hiring in other areas of the business (such as operations, sales and marketing)
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • A basic understanding of technical languages
  • Be a strong negotiator with a passion for recruiting
  • At least 5 years experience
