Overview
Collins Aerospace is looking for a Technician Card Cell to join our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) UK facility in Marston Green. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist technical support with soldering for the Aerospace industry. What You Will Do
Solder rework on various electronic engine controllers PCB boards across a wide variety of Marston Green products: Commercial and military products.
Teamwork is essential part of the facility, bias for action and a culture of improving the processes with the help of all technicians is adopted. Openness and hard work are essential tools to success within the card cell department.

Education and Experience

Apprentice trained and/or qualified to J Standard or relevant experience is desirable.

Previous Aerospace Engineering experience desirable.

Problem-solving and analytical skills for dealing with repairs.

Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

The ability to cope with new demands and new problems to be solved.

Good communication skills and must be able to work as part of a team or individually.

Technical knowledge of Printed circuit boards is preferred

Previous shift-based working experience and/or a wiliness to work shift patterns
