Temp HR Manager

Are you an experienced Human Resources Manager?

A leading construction company in Snohomish is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This is a full-time, temporary position with a full-service general contractor in Snohomish County! If you have a passion for helping people and fostering a strong positive culture this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this temp Human Resources Manager role, you would be in charge of new employee onboarding, helping with benefits enrollment and assisting the fields employees with safety coordination.

This role is heavily focused on communications with leadership, vendors, and employees and requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

Requirements for this Human Resources Manager:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Benefit enrollment experience
• Strong data entry experience
• Payroll experience a bonus!

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or can work a flexible schedule as long as you start by 9:00 am!

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Located: Snohomish
